Our Story
For us, tea and coffee have never been just about a quick caffeine fix. They represent moments of pause, late-night conversations, and a deep sense of comfort. We fell in love with the vibrant, soul-warming tea cultures of the world, specifically Karak and Masala chai. We loved the bold, robust baseline of the tea, the velvety texture of the milk, and that unmistakable, aromatic punch of real cardamom and crushed spices that instantly lifts your mood.
But we noticed a frustrating gap. To get that authentic, deeply comforting taste, you either had to spend ages brewing it over a stove from scratch, or you had to visit a specialized cafe. On the other hand, the quick options available in everyday offices, convenience stores, and vending machines felt thin, artificial, and uninspiring. So we asked ourselves: “Why should convenience mean compromising on soul?”
That question was the spark that created Chai & Co.
